Tuesday's ETF with Unusual Volume: SPHD

The PowerShares S&P 500 High Dividend Portfolio ETF (SPHD) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Tuesday, with over 269,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 43,000.  Shares of SPHD were up about 0.2% on the day.
